ABOUT

- When a flower doesn't bloom you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.

I started biddie after suffering with debilitating period symptoms and being diagnosed with PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder). Having suffered with the condition for many years, I decided to take the matter into my own hands and set about on the journey to improve my menstruation health and internal well-being. What transpired was a complete overhaul of my mind, spirit + body health. After embracing a plant-based lifestyle and reconnecting with my passion for herbalism, I found my life became more balanced, restorative and fruitful. I wanted to share these practices with you.

Our Mission

The biddie mission is to create active and sustaining wellness + lifestyle solutions, while at the same time placing your internal well-being at the forefront of our priority. We go further to bring attention to the things that the earth’s natural materials can do to improve on your experiences, always seeking to enhance your environment both internally and externally.

We believe there is a Goddess inside each and every one of us. We simply endeavour to illuminate you further on your journey so that you can be at one with yours.
